Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The hot temperature in the room made it challenging to sleep comfortably, even with the lovely spacious layout and rainfall shower. The service was a hit-or-miss with the late-night staff being unhelpful but the concierge going above and beyond. The location was excellent, close to attractions and easy to commute, while the dining setup could be improved for families with limited space available. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for money was decent.
The annex room I stayed in was exceptionally clean, but the heat made it uncomfortable even with the window open. The location was very central, close to major attractions like the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, but a bit hard to find. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to help us, though the dining area was a bit cramped. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout features.
Despite the tiny and disappointing room size, the hotel boasts clean, beautifully renovated rooms with lovely rainfall showers. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. The location is superb, close to major attractions and easily accessible. Dining experiences were somewhat limited due to space constraints. However, overall, the value for money is notable.
